DETAILS-

I have one room for rent in this beautiful, modern and decorated townhome. The rooms are spacious and simple. Each room includes a Smart TV and a closet for your entertainment and storage needs. Each room also contains a desk and a chair incase you need to get work done! The bathroom is right across from each room. This is a 3 bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. The bedroom for rent shares a bathroom with another female tenant. Storage is available under the bed and in the attic.

The townhouse is very simple and well put together. Everything from the bathrooms to the kitchen are aesthetically pleasing and fully functional. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The house includes a fenced in backyard with a patio area perfect for entertainment.

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and any common areas including backyard.

The two rooms for rent are private rooms with a shared bathroom depending on if anyone is staying in the other room during your stay.

The common areas are shared spaces. The room is private.


This house is located next to everything! The house is 11 minutes from Georgia State/ Downtown.
Atlanta and 15 minutes from the AUC. 12 minutes from West end. Less than 15 from midtown. Emory University is 15 minutes away. There is a Walmart directly across the street. The bus to GSU Decatur campus is a straight shot and is directly out front. The GSU downtown campus is a close bus ride away as well.

The neighborhood is quiet! It’s a touch of the suburbs while still being very close to the city. It’s located in East Atlanta.

Its less than a 8 minute drive to East Atlanta Village. There you’ll find an artsy, edgy strip with amazing food options. The house is part of a settled, quiet and comfy neighborhood!

There is a bus stop right in front of the community. Less than a 5 minute walk from the house.

I (a female Georgia state student) own the home and currently live with my sleepy dog and long time roommate (19, F, GSU Student).

It’s a female household and we love it that way 🤣.
