Shared household space includes kitchen, laundry, outdoor patio/firepit, living room, garden space, and multi-use... space with a billiards/ping pong.craft/dining table. There have been recent updates to the kitchen, ground level flooring, bathrooms, pantry, and laundry area.

You can also enjoy wonderful aspects of our cohousing community: Regular community events, exercise room, carpentry/craft/ceramics room, play field, common house, blueberry orchard, dog run, basketball/pickleball court, trails, pond, farm, and more. Plus, I have the best neighbors.

An ideal housemate enjoys some house social time, is socially/politically progressive, keeps common areas picked up, shares household chores, and is committed to participation in a vibrant larger community. This is a no-smoking household. I have a small dog, and no other pets are currently allowed.

Rent is $925/mo or $875/mo with potential discount, not including gas, electricity, and water (split by 3 ppl & averaging $85-100/mo total).

As a self-managed, cohousing community, resident participation is essential to our functioning and vibrancy. Priority consideration will be given to those committed to sharing in and contributing to community life. A $50/mo rent discount will be provided for tenants that maintain consistent contribution to ELC community life through an "anchored role."
