This well-designed guest home functions as a... fully independent residence with its own private entrance, a fully fenced backyard with string lights, and about 1,000 square feet of living space. Sleeps up to 6: a king bedroom, a second bedroom with two twin beds, plus a pull-out sofa and a convertible daybed. A dedicated workspace and fast, reliable Wi-Fi make it ideal for studying or remote work.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer with linens and towels provided, central heating and air conditioning, smart TVs, and keyless entry. The private fenced backyard with seating offers a quiet place to unwind.

All utilities, internet, and lawn care are included (reasonable use), one simple monthly payment with nothing to set up. Flexible terms from 31 nights up to 12 months. Monthly rates by length of stay, all-in: 31 to 89 days $3,100. 3 to 5 months $2,900. 6+ months $2,800. Pets considered with prior approval, $500 refundable pet deposit plus $40 per month per pet. Renter's insurance and a background and credit check required. Professional cleaning every 8 weeks included on stays of 90 days or more.
