2br/1ba House in Belvedere Park

I currently rent this property from my fantastic landlady, and I am trying to find a roommate to join me as my current roommate is moving out to pursue a new job. I've lived here nine years now, and I have enjoyed it as a home.

Older home built in... 1960 in Belvedere Park on a pretty quiet street with great neighbors. There's a couple of different MARTA bus stops within walking distance and Kensington Station is just a few stoplights down Memorial Drive. Easy access to various major routes including Memorial Drive, Covington Highway, I-20, and I-285. Decatur and Avondale Estates are quite close as well.

House is a smaller 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. There is a third room that could suffice as a bedroom but is better suited to an office and/or shared space due to size. House has mostly hardwood floors (bedrooms/hall) and tile (kitchen/bathroom), though some carpet (living room).

Living room and kitchen are open to each other. Living room area is already partially furnished. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, stove/oven, and microwave. Also there is pretty ample cabinet/shelf space and we already have House has a sizable front and back yard. Backyard is shady and fenced in with a patio area. Washer & dryer are in room in the open garage. Trash and recycling are picked up usually on Thursdays. Utilities consist of Comcast internet, GA Natural Gas (heat), GA Power, and DeKalb Co Water. Rates for all are reasonable and power/gas only get a some higher during high summer and middle of winter respectively.

Landlady is quite nice and easy to get along with; all of the folks who do any maintenance work for the house are fantastic (especially the plumber Myron, and the roofer, David).
