We are excited to announce an open room for 2025! This split-level house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, a dining room, a living room, and a screened-in porch sunroom. It is a free-standing house with a... garden and fire pit in the backyard, surrounded by a grove of tall trees that keep the property shaded and cool in the hot summer months. The house is located in a safe neighborhood, where you can enjoy plenty of peace and quiet. For renters who enjoy spending time outdoors, the house is conveniently located within walking distance of Lullwater Park, Ira B. Melton Park, and Medlock Park.

Renters seeking to live near Emory University can look no further! Located off Clairmont Rd, this house's convenient location has made it a favorite of Emory graduate students for many years. The house is within walking distance (10 to 15 minutes) of the Emory Clairmont campus, where you can access the free Emory Cliff shuttle system for a quick ride to the main campus. The house is also within walking distance of a shopping complex on North Decatur and Clairmont, which includes a Publix supermarket and a variety of restaurants and cafes. The lively attractions of downtown Decatur are only a ten-minute drive away.

The spacious bedroom for rent is furnished with a bed, mattress, desk, dresser, and closet. The house has a new heating and air conditioning system, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen. Our landlord, Pearl, is very friendly and responsive to our needs. Utilities are not included, but the average cost is approximately $100 per month.

Current occupants of the house include two Emory students and an employee of a local nonprofit (all women in their mid-late 20s). We are a quiet, hardworking, and considerate group of housemates who will happily welcome you.
