The Avondale Estates lake, shops, and restaurants are only 2 miles away and downtown Decatur is only 3 miles - an easy/cheap Uber ride!

This home is great for Emory/CDC Faculty, business travelers, city seekers, couples, and families with older kiddos. It's not ideal for toddlers or anyone needing special accessibility as it is 100% hard wood floors and multiple stair sets.
