The house consists of an open living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry room, and two decks. The bedroom for rent is 12'x12' with a closet, opening onto the top deck. Sharing a bath... with one other roommate. House is fully furnished outside of the bedroom.

Current roommates are early 30's men.

$650 with a portion of the utilities (~$100). 6-12 month lease. $600 refundable deposit. Street parking. Pets considered. Available July 15th.
