Quiet House/Neighborhood in Southwest Atlanta

Super nice and quiet home in Southwest Atlanta, and relatively cheap for the space. The home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath with 1,212 square feet, with the primary bedroom/bathroom + personal office available for rent. The common spaces are furnished;... however, the bedroom/office is not. The home has a large backyard and is in a phenomenal neighborhood where I know most all my neighbors by name. I've stayed here since February of 2021 and would like to continue the lease.

Ideally, I am looking for another graduate student so that our schedules and priorities loosely match. I don't have people over often (once a quarter) and am finishing up my PhD over the summer and will be entering my postdoc afterwards.

The property is managed by Mynd Homes, and we would be signing the lease from May 26, 2026 through May 25, 2027, though you can move in as soon as May 1st. I have a small dog (4-year-old terrier mix).
