One bedroom extremely close to Emory Campus and walkable to Virginia Highlands "downtown"

Hi! I’m looking for someone to rent my place as essentially a one bedroom/one bath in the Virginia Highland neighborhood.

The unit is actually a two bedroom, but I want to keep my room for occasional visits to Atlanta (right now, it's more on the...
rare side- I went like 4 times with friends the past year). So, you would have to have flexibility around that. I would communicate coming in with a two weeks notice (note, me and friend may be there in August for 2-3 days).

🛏️ 1 Bed / 1 Bath
📏 846 sq ft

Condo unit with:

Open concept kitchen and living room, a designated parking space, in unit washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, central heating and cooling with nest, SMART TV, outdoor sitting area

I've furnished the living room and kitchen space, so you would not need to do that. I can potentially provide furnishings for the bedroom if you require it. Plates and other kitchen supplies can be provided as well, if needed. If not needed, I can store them. I will remove books and other personal items, so you will have that space for storage in the common areas.

🏊‍♀️ Community Features: Landscaped outdoor space, quiet community, outdoor sitting space, condo is a smaller one in the Atlanta area and is tucked in off the main street

📍Located in Virginia Highlands, Atlanta – walking distance to the restaurants and cafes in Virginia Highland, close to Emory University and CDC (biking/care would be like 10 minutes tops), close to Ponce City Market (walking distance for me, but it is a 20-30 min walk; 4 min drive) and Freedom Park Trail... and therefore the Beltline

🏢 Monthly rent is $1900.

You'd be responsible for monthly electricity and gas bills. Water and trach removal is included. Lawn mowing, landscaping and pest control is done by the HOA.

Can move in as early as mid-July and as late as August 20th.

💬 Message me if you’re interested or know someone who might be! I will send over a full video tour. Serious inquiries only, please.
