House Close to Campus

I have a wonderful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house on 1.2 acres of land just 15 minutes from the downtown campus. There is a MARTA bus stop right in front of the house, and it is only 5 minutes from the MARTA train station. It is only 10 minutes from... Grant Park and the West End beltline. I love the peace you get when you are sitting on the porch throughout the day. The house is far enough off the road that there are no neighbors right next to us.

The kitchen and living room are fully furnished, as well as a bar area. I am renting out two of the rooms in hopes of finding some cool people to live with!

I love to do anything outdoorsy, and I play tennis weekly. I love to cook and hang out with friends. Traveling is my overall passion. Working out and going on walks are another favorite of mine as well.
