7 Minutes To MARTA: Private Room: Quiet Neighborhood

You'll enjoy a private, furnished bedroom with full/queen bed, shelving, walk-in closet, desk, lounge chair, full-length mirror, rugs, and dresser. Rent includes all utilities, laundry, and parking. The single bedroom is quiet and cozy with enough... room to study and lounge. The bathroom is decently sized and shared with the other renter.

Transportation is challenging but possible without a car. There is a shuttle to Emory campus from the nearby Emory Hospital (reachable by bus). Georgia State can be reached by bus to the train station. Marta will take you directly to the airport which you can reach via bus from the house.

You will be part of a community in a quiet neighborhood with friendly, young professionals, families, and many other diverse residents. There are several grocery stores, coffee houses, and shopping centers close by. Parks, restaurants, farmers' markets, and other entertainments is easy to find here too. With so much diversity, you have access to the best part of living in Atlanta--food and people!

Some important notes: you must be dog-friendly. Two small dogs live here and will want to hang out with you. Often, we cook and share meals together although that's not required. We're LGBTQIA+ allies and require that from you as well.
