The owner created a lush, outdoor oasis fully fenced and professionally landscaped complete with a WATERFALL pond with remote control, so it would feel like you are on vacation every day!

I could NOT be in a better location—literally a hop, skip and a jump to HISTORIC ROSWELL, GA-400, dining, restaurants, Chattahoochee River Park & just a short drive to Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, Avalon & Downtown Alpharetta. I pretty much have it ALL!

Here is what you should know….my owner, Winter Paskins (LICENSE #330442) is a LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT IN THE STATE OF GEORGIA AND IS THE AGENT/OWNER.

She is the BEST landlord anyone could hope for, and she keeps me in tip top shape, so you’ll likely never need to reach out to her! And, you should know she doesn’t play any games and will thoroughly vet all tenants, so AWESOME TENANTS only should apply!
