5 bedroom home to roommate with (Shared Housing)

I am seeking a responsible, quiet roommate for 6 months to a year max. I own a 5 bedroom home. I am a graduate student at the Buckhead campus, graduating in the fall of 2026. If you drive, I live about 10-12 minutes away from GSU Atlanta campus. If... you don't drive, the #74 bus will take you to GSU. The bus stop is right outside my neighborhood. I have an infant son (2 month old) and my wife, who resides with me, but we both work and go to class after work (GSU), and the baby is with me in my shed while I work. No overnight guests, please. I work from home in my backyard shed. I work 6a-3p as well. No pets allowed. I do have a toy poodle who is a sweetheart. All utilities are included in the rent. There is a driveway that fits 4 cars for parking, so there is more than enough room for each of us. There is a 200 non-refundable security deposit. Please do not ask me to rent less than 6 months.
