Beautiful wooded lot with a fully fenced-in backyard, back patio, and built-out space for a fire pit. Home includes ring security system with two cameras, and an alarm system. Easy commute to major highways, airport, and great access to downtown! HOME IS OCCUPIED do not disturb current residents who will move out no later than July 31.

LANDSCAPING WORK WILL BE COMPLETED to clean up the front and back yard prior to move in. This will include edging, trimming all shrubs and tress as well as cutting back and cleaning up areas along fence line and both sides of front yard. Borders around home and beds will be cleaned up and mulch or pine straw added. Fire pit will be cleaned up as it has become slightly overgrown.

Resident pays gas, electric, water/sewer, trash and lawn care. Maximum two pets allowed, only cats or dogs allowed. Pet references are required from the prior landlord. Additional $500 deposit required per pet .

All adults over the age of 18 residing in home must complete an application. $50 fee per applicant. If approved non-refundable 1 month reservation fee due immediately (reservation fee is applied towards first full months' rent after move-in). 1 month deposit due upon move-in.

If lease is signed by July 15th the $150 admin fee will be waived.
