Work-Exchange Live-In Support for Young Adult Woman with Mild Developmental Disabilities

Seeking Housemate to assist young adult woman (aged 27) with overnight safety in exchange for reduced room and board. All furnishings provided (or you can bring... your own) in a 3-bd, 1 bath house in Decatur.

Clean living and disability-friendly, ideal candidate would act as a peer mentor to help maintain curfew, security, role model for appropriate social behavior. Must be well-organized, responsive communicator. Can work or attend school outside the home as long as minimum responsibilities are met.

Ideal candidate is mid-30's, grad student or employed. Non-smoker. Must be a US Citizen. (Sadly, Government-Funded requirement)

Potential for hourly wage for additional responsibilities (after 3-month trial) such as helping with household chores, meal planning and prep, helping with personal hygiene, etc. Further details available upon inquiry.

Reduced Room and Board = $325/month including utilities for a large bedroom in a 3/1, secure parking, hardwood floors, clean, spacious living area, safe neighborhood.
