Torrence Ford’s background since 2005 has given him hands on experience in all facets of Residential Sales, Leasing, Construction Permitting, Zoning, as well as Current Georgia Law. He is currently a staple and a leader in the community through his swim coaching experience which provides also the opportunity to lead, direct, and delegate adequately to achieve necessary goals. Torrence holds a Business Administration Degree with a minor in Finance from Florida A&M University. He had a stint with Pricewaterhouse Coopers & Accenture LTD as a IT Consultant Prior to Joining the Sales Force. While in the Sales Force he has been among the top Agents in his company year over year. He was also featured as Jezebel Magazine’s Who’s Who of Atlanta Real Estate for 2010 for recent achievements. As a lifetime learner Torrence recently acquired his Broker’s License in January of 2011 to further continue growth. He currently specializes in the Intown Atlanta Market but is familiar with the surrounding suburbs as well since he is originally from Decatur Georgia.
