Room for Rent – Ideal for Students & Working Professionals
Graduate and undergraduate students, as well as working professionals, are welcome!
This private guest room with its own full bathroom is available in my 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome.... The room includes a desk and chair, making it a great setup for studying or working from home.
You’ll have full access to the common areas, including the kitchen, laundry room, and shared living spaces. Linens and towels are provided, and all common areas are kept clean. There’s also a deep freezer in the garage and limited storage available in the attic and outdoor storage area.
Convenient location: Just 23 minutes to Emory University & Emory Hospital via MARTA Bus #117, including the short walk to the bus stop at the entrance of the subdivision.
You’re welcome to stop by and see the space with no commitment.
A roommate agreement will be required to protect both of us, and I’m happy to share a copy in advance.

A little about me: I’m a single working professional employed by a local nonprofit. I also run a pet-sitting business, which often takes me away from the house for extended periods—so you’ll frequently have the place to yourself. I’m an early riser and usually run at 5:30 a.m. four days a week, so I tend to keep early hours.
Who I’m looking for: Someone who is quiet, considerate, clean, friendly, and communicative.
Note: The property abuts Interstate 285, so some traffic noise is expected.
I look forward to hearing from you!
