Hello everyone, I am subleasing my room located in Platform Grant Park, just a 15-20 minute walk from GSU. The room comes with a private, attached, and spacious bathroom. You will be sharing the house with one couple. The kitchen, living room, washer... , and dryer are all shared spaces. The base rent is $1,355 PLUS UTILITIES (THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE), which usually brings the total to around $1,500 per month, depending on usage. The room is suitable for a couple, as I initially rented it with my husband. Since he is no longer here, I would like to move closer to my university (GSU). You are welcome to stay with your partner or share the room with a friend to split the cost. The sublease is available starting approximately at the end of April or mid-May, depending on your request. If you'd like to move in sooner, we can discuss that as well.
