The fees listed below are community-provided and may exclude utilities or add-ons. All payments are made directly to the property and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
This condo is located at the back side of the building, the patio has access directly to the quiet courtyard with seating, a gas grill and hibachi style cook top gas grill. This access makes moving in and out easy versus going through the building hallways as you can park in the back lot and walk through the courtyard to your patio entry.
Large open floorplan with entry that has room for hall tree/shoe/backpack storage area. Storage locker next to your front door. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet; this is a great floorplan for roommates. Large bathrooms include deep soaking tubs with showers.

All adults over the age of 18 residing in home must complete an application. $50 fee per applicant. If approved $75 admin and nonrefundable 1 month reservation fee due immediately (reservation fee is applied towards first full months' rent after move-in). 1 month deposit due upon move-in.
Maximum two cats allowed, no dogs. Pets must be registered, and renters' insurance is required. An additional $500 deposit is required per pet. NO SMOKING or vaping indoors.
