Immediately seeking a working professional or full-time college student to occupy a Private Room - individual tenant and No Pets. This Private Room is next to the Kitchen and windows face the front of the Patio at the front of the House. Room is... inside a 3bd/2ba 2-story Brick Ranch Style Home (with hard wood floors and fresh interior paint), which is located in a very quiet neighborhood of Adams Park, Southwest Atlanta.
The Room is partially furnished with a TV and mattress w/bedframe and includes a Private Closet. Tenant will have access to all shared areas such as a designated Bathroom with updated features and a Shower/Tub combo, Living/Dining rooms & Kitchen. If needed, we can discuss the possibility of allowing additional storage space within the Unfinished Basement. The Monthly Rent includes private room and *all utilities* (includes AT&T fiber Internet!). We do require a signed 6-month Rental Lease, and Security Deposit is required (one month of rent). Plenty of on-site parking, with a long 2-car driveway and a separately accessed concrete pad at the front of the house. Shared Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave & dishwasher. Shared Brand-New Full-sized Washer & Dryer located within unfinished basement and all renters have open use with no additional charges (Basement access is only for this purpose). There's also a Large Patio Area at the front of the House, and a Very Large Back Yard area with concrete pad, which can be used for enjoying the day outside!
Additional Included Services: Monthly Pest Services and Our Home and professionally monitored Security/Safety System. Our home has security & safety features such as exterior security cameras and RING doorbell, and smoke/CO2 detectors are tied into security system.
