One roommate wanted for a five bedroom, four bath Candler Park home. The bedroom is slightly larger than normal with a closet. Private half bath. Full bath is shared, currently with a male roommate. Common areas in the house include separate... living and dining rooms, full kitchen, office, covered rear deck, and glassed in front porch. Central heat and air, washer and dryer provided, street parking.

Current roommates are late 20's-mid 30's. Three men and one woman. Great location in Candler Park, easy walk to local restaurants, shops, and parks. Biking distance to Emory, but not on the shuttle line.

Rent is $650 with a share of the utilities which is usually around $100. $600 refundable deposit. Available immediately. Please no pets or smoking.
